The Cosmoteca is a public, dedicated library to Astronomy, for all the ages. It is a space that, inside of the Multimeios Center, complements the Planetarium and the Astroroof. It is a place of study, formation, promotion and scientific spreading, where you will be able to find educative and didact material, including books, magazines, videos, CDRoms and computers.

The Cosmoteca, Library of the Sky and the Space, is available for all the interested in Astronomy, and also was created because of the increasing weight of Astronomy in the resume of basic and secondary educations. Here, professors will be able to find support in the preparation of its lessons and pupils in the accomplishment of works and research. The Cosmoteca has also available a machine to print slides.
